As you watch your little one grow it’s hard to not get attached to certain things. It’s devastating when you move from their childhood house where you created so many memories and where you marked every inch they grew. We lovingly introduce Crystal and Lindsey who have come up with the CUTEST solution: hand made customizable growth charts and sign decor!

We are two local mamas, that hand make customizable grow charts, and sign décor
HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD YOUR BUSINESS?
We have been going strong with Grow & Co for over a year now
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
We started this just as our mat leave was coming to an end. The idea just kind of fell into our laps, and grew into something we never really imagined it could be! We quickly turned an idea into a successful business
WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOUR WORK?
We are always SO inspired by our fellow moms and girl bosses! It’s such a welcoming and generous community of ladies to be a part of, and we love meeting such ladies to bounce ideas off of, and possible collaborations!
WHAT DO YOU DREAM FOR YOUR BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE?
Currently our business allows us to be home with our small children while still earning a living and doing what we love! This has turned into something that we would like to continue as our career moving forward, a long term layout.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AND WHY?
Our favourite would be Facebook, as I feel like it allows for the most local customer interaction. As well as being our number one point of sales for us. However, this most recent ‘stories/snapchat/ feature on Instagram, is now starting to win us over though! It’s just such a neat feature!
HOW DO YOU PICK YOURSELF UP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG?
Whenever we have had a set back, or something hasn’t gone as planned, it’s nice because there are two of us. The other will always put things in a different perspective, and keep it moving forward. We do have a ‘kill them with kindness’ motto that we try to keep in mind always. It’s never smart to burn a customer bridge. No matter how frustrating the situation.
WHAT’S ONE THING NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU? GIVE US AN INTERESTING FACT!
Crystal: One thing only my husband seems to know about me, is that I am a vessel of useless celebrity facts. I know everything and anything useless about almost any celebrity. The info just absorbs and never leaves me. Aside from that my memory can be quite terrible, lol
Lindsey: In my down time (when I can find it) I decorate cakes, and I’m basically a grandma at heart, I love quilting and crocheting!
IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY SUPER POWER WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Crystal: If I could have any super power, it would be to be able to read people’s thoughts, but able to turn it on and off!
Lindsey: I would say flying!
