What do you make / sell? Tell us about yo’ self.
We are a tailored small dog daycare, just for pups under 20lbs. By using personality assessments, we have two playgroups that let each type of dog have their best day!
We are a partnership, Ashley Jackson and Sheena Wallace, and have been working in the pet care industry for nearly a decade before breaking out on our own. We’re opening Sept. 12th and hope to be the best thing to happen to Calgary’s small dogs since they went home with their owners!

How long have you had your business?
Launching Sept 12
How did you get started?
After nearly a decade of hard work for other companies, we decided it was time to bring our passion, love and dedication for small dogs to our own shop. We are combining our unique talents and perspectives to bring a quirky, fun and meaningful business to Calgary.
Who or what inspires your work?
Our dogs! We love our small dogs, including the extended family of pups that we take care of day in and day out. They are really like our step-pups! But, dogs have a huge impact on their owner’s lives – they are a member of the family and they love unconditionally. We feel a great responsibility to take care of our dogs like they are our own – or love our own even more!

What do you dream for your business in the future?
We hope to have a small but mighty pack of pups that come in every day to play, snuggle and get joy out of their lives. We want to provide a trust-worthy, passionate business where dog owners can feel sure that their loved one is in the best hands possible, while they are away from home.
What’s your favourite social media platform and why?
We love Instagram! Who doesn’t love dog photos?!
How do you pick yourself up when things go wrong?
Being surrounded by adorable faces all day makes it easy to defuse any situation and put things in perspective. We have cared for a variety of dogs, many of which have come from a bad start. When things go wrong, a cold, wet nose puts it right back into perspective.
If you could have any super power what would it be?
Dog-mind-reader! Every pet parent would like that one, we think!
