What do you make / sell? Tell us about yo’ self.
My name is Daniele (you can call me Dani!) I am a business and life strategist for millennial boss babes who want to take their passion online doing what they LOVE. Millennials are my favourite to work with because they want to save the world, have the drive to do it, but have no idea how to balance that and adulting. I teach spiritual practices through my coaching packages and digital courses to help boss babes earn an income that allows them to build their dream life, on their own time. I am crazy passionate about helping women create their own schedule, create their own business, and live their dreams. I am a firm believer that there are no rules, you make your own.
How long have you had your business?
1.5 Years but officially rebranded since February!
How did you get started?
Oh man, long story short I went from being an broke arts student, graduating from a degree I absolutely loved, in a job market I was not fond of. It was hard to find my path and pay my bills without working 3 jobs, and 55 hours a week just to pay rent. I made a decision that there was more. I took my teaching skills, my theatre skills, my public speaking skills and tried my hand at coaching women to be more confident . Each woman I worked with had the same common pain point, they hated their job and felt they weren’t worth living a life they wanted. We started working on confidence, but at the end of each coaching package, we had worked together to create a business and take their brand online. The move into what I teach now felt so effortless, plus I am so crazy passionate about making your zone of genius your paycheck and creating alternative streams of income to ensure your bills are paid — while you pursue your passion (obvs)!
Who or what inspires your work?
Me two years ago. Broke, being told you’re going to be broke forever, being told you have to get a job asap after university or you’re not doing it right. I was like “NO THANK YOU”, people need to know there are no rules to life. I don’t care what society says, you create your own path, your path is beautiful, and where you are right now is perfect.
What do you dream for your business in the future?
I would love to get my message to as many people as possible. My mentality is if we get more money into women with hearts of gold, who want to create a positive impact in this world, we can change the power dynamics, we can spread more love and light, oh, and drop glitter not bombs. I have a mission to impact the masses & let people know it’s okay to be you and earn what you desire.
What’s your favourite social media platform and why?
Instagram is my jam! You can say so much with Instagram with saying so little. I am so incredibly in love with creating an authentic, transparent social media platform through Instagram. What you see is me, and I feel like that is so important when you have a business that is service based (aka you are dealing with people 1 on 1 and trading your services for income). People want to see you, they want to know who they are investing their money in to take them to the next level.
How do you pick yourself up when things go wrong?
I share my mess-ups. I share the crap out of them. It makes a great story and helps teach my audience that not only I am real, but what they can avoid in their own journeys. I love sharing stories of my messy launches, messy posts, messy business, It’s good to laugh it off and learn from it.
What’s one thing no one knows about you? Give us an interesting fact!
I taught children’s theatre, make up artistry and have worked coaching individuals in acting for YEARS. Oh, and I really love rapping to some sick beats.
If you could have any super power what would it be?
Making people smile. Actually though, I would love to help everyone remove the sticks from their bottom and turn their frowns upside down. Everyone needs to laugh a little more, smile a little more, and hug A LOT more.
