What do you make / sell? Tell us about yo’ self.
I make dog/cat accessories and am a dog groomer. Born and raised in Calgary and have a huge passion for animals. I also sell human clothing and give back to the Alberta rescues.
How long have you had your business?
Just over a year now.
How did you get started?
I first was a dog groomer and from there got into expanding my business into the accessories. At first I was only do things for my clients and wanted to expand for everyone to get there hands on some cute dog attire. Of course my own dog is my number one model.
Who or what inspires your work?
Everything! Things I see or hear in my day to day life to going on trips and seeing other cultures. I love to have a little bit of everything and of course lots of colours!
What do you dream for your business in the future?
I would love to be able to do my business full time. To get busy enough that I could possibly open up a pet store and have my own and other local animal lovers products for everyone to see.
What’s your favourite social media platform and why?
I love Instagram the most. Pictures can speak a million words! It’s a great way to meet other people and see what’s going on and what’s trending. I great way to network.
How do you pick yourself up when things go wrong?
Always look ahead! You can’t change the past you can only change the future. Everything happens for a reason and I always learn from mistakes and turn them into positive vibes.
What’s one thing no one knows about you? Give us an interesting fact!
I love eating cheese and chocolate together!
If you could have any super power what would it be?
Time travel! We spend way to much time in commuting and I feel like we miss out on so many things.
